BWFCPC-8118 provides a cost-effective platform for MPEG-2/H.264 SD/HD encoding for content distribution and insertion.
The hardware can be configured and licensed to provide maximum value in any use case, from a single-channel per box up to sixteen channels.
The BWFCPC-8118 carries forward bravo’s tradition of Ease of Use, providing an intuitive web GUI for unit control and status. It also supports full control through SNMP and a web services API.
BWFCPC-8118 is a cost-effective encoder based on FCPC modular platform with up to 12 SD programs encoding capability. BWFCPC-8118 supports MPEG-2/H.264 SD real-time encoding via CVBS inputs, efficiently converting analog video content into digital programs. It can also re-multiplex external TS and encoded programs and output SPTS/MPTS via the embedded IP or ASI interfaces, making it easy for operators to insert and distribute their video content through their network.
