BWFCPC-8120 provides a cost-effective platform for MPEG-2 4k encoding for content distribution and insertion.The hardware can be configured and licensed to provide maximum value in any use case, from a single-channel per box up to sixteen channels.
BWFCPC-8120 is Multi-Channel Encoder is the new broadcasting audio & video encoding and multiplexing device with powerful functionality. It is equipped with HDMI audio & video input interfaces and IP input through Data port. It supports MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video encoding and MPEG1 Layer II audio encoding (MPEG-2 AAC, MPEG-4 AAC Optional), AC3 pass through. NDS3544KF supports MPTS and SPTS IP output over UDP, RTP/RTSP. Its high integration and cost-effective design make this device widely used in variety of digital distribution systems such as CATV digital head-end, satellite and terrestrial digital TV, etc.
As the first ever chip-based encoder, BWFCPC-8120 gives more stable and lower power consumption features against the software-based solution.
It can also integrate with various Audio Codecs and support comprehensive ancillary data and metadata, fully satisfying further needs of contribution or primary distribution.
